The learned counsel for the Applicants submits that the Applicants may be allowed to withdraw the present civil revision application by making the following observations: That, the Applicants would be at liberty to pursue all their remedies that would be available as provided by law including continuation of proceedings under the provisions of the Administration of Evacuee Property Act and the only issue before the Civil Court as indicated by the learned trial Court is regarding the protection of the possession of the Respondents i.e. original Plaintiffs by way of perpetual injunction without any
