The petitioner prays that his "Thakur", Scheduled Tribe validation claim pending from 06.10.2015, be decided expeditiously as he would be aspiring for admission in a professional course at the Post Graduate level from June, 2023. 2.

The learned AGP submits that though the vigilance enquiry report has been delivered and the hearing needs to be held in accordance with the statutory provisions, the petitioner, who had taken away the original documents for seeking admission to a professional course, has recently returned them around ten days ago.

In view of the above and by consent of the parties, this Writ Petition is disposed off with the following directions:-

*2* 931wp1139o23.odt (a) The petitioner would appear before the competent committee at Aurangabad on 15.02.2023 at 12:00 noon. (b) Oral as well as written submissions are permitted. (c) The competent committee shall, thereafter, deliver it's order, on or before 30.04.2023.
