This application has been moved seeking release of the applicant on bail, during pendency of the criminal revision application.

Learned advocate for the applicant refers to that during pendency of trial as well as appeal, the applicant was enlarged on bail. He as such, requests to release the applicant, who has surrendered himself after the verdict of the Sessions Court, on bail.

Having regard to aforesaid, the application is allowed and stands disposed of in terms of prayer clause "B". The applicant be released on bail on furnishing PR bond of Rs.15,000/- and surety of like amount.
