Since the learned counsel is reported to be dead, notice was issued to the applicant. Notice has been served, but he did not turn up.

The applicant has challenged the order granting maintenance under Section 125 of the Code of Criminal Procedure of the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Aurangabad, passed in Petition No.E-245 of 2005, dated 14.12.2005. This Court, by order dated 05.04.2006, passed order directing the petitioner to continue to deposit/pay maintenance at the rate of Rs.800/- per month on or before 10th day of each month. No interim protection was granted to the applicant. It seems that the applicant has lost interest. Hence, criminal revision application stands dismissed for want of prosecution.
