Now it is reported that all the main appeals are disposed off by the learned School Tribunal, Nashik. 4.

The learned advocate for the petitioners have produced on record the copies of judgments in the appeal Nos. 45/2015, 35/2014, 34/2014 & 34/2016.

In view of this, the learned advocate for the petitioners seeks leave to withdraw the petitions. Leave granted. 4.
