Heard. Perused the impugned judgment of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal. The findings recorded by the learned Member of the Maharashtra Administrative Tribunal are mostly on facts. He has rightly held that there was delay in processing the pension papers. He, therefore, directed payment of interest. The learned AGP tried to justify the delay, but findings on facts are not erroneous, therefore, we are inclined to dismiss the petition. 2.
