These are the applications for bringing on record legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.30 and for condoning the delay occurred in presenting application for the said purpose.

Learned Counsel Shri S.Y.Mahajan, appears for legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.30.

Heard. For the reasons set out in the applications, both the applications are allowed. Legal heirs of deceased Respondent No.30 are permitted to be brought on record. Delay occurred in presenting the application stands condoned.
