The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is ready to deposit the entire amount of compensation along with the accrued interest thereon within a period of four weeks. 2.

In view of the aforesaid submission, execution and operation of the impugned judgment and award passed by the Motor Accidents Claims Tribunal, Jalgaon, in MACP No. 407/2015 dated 29/09/2020, is stayed till final disposal of the appeal, on the condition of deposit of the entire amount of compensation along with interest accrued thereon till the date of deposit, within a period of four weeks.

In the event of default on the part of the applicant to deposit the aforesaid amount within the stipulated period, the claimants /respondents shall be at liberty to execute the award. 4.
