This is the Application for condonation of 1050 days delay in preferring this Application for setting aside the order passed by the learned Registrar (Judicial) dated 21.12.2021, by which the Appeal filed by the Applicants came to be dismissed for want of removal of the Office objections.

Heard the learned Advocate for the Applicants. 3.

The Applicants / Claimants in the land acquisition proceedings preferred the Appeal with stamp number before this Court. There were certain objections pointed out by the Office in the Appeal. The Applicants / Appellants complied with nine (9) objections. However,

one (1) objection remained to be complied. Hence, registration came to be cancelled for want of removal of Office objection. 4.

Admittedly, no notice was issued in the Appeal, since it was not registered. Hence, considering the points raised in the Application, and on hearing the learned Advocate for the Applicants, the Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses '

B' and 'C'. The Office objection shall be complied within a period of two (2) weeks. Civil Application stands disposed off accordingly.
