These are applications for setting aside order dated 11.11.2014 passed by the Registrar dismissing the appeal for non removal of office objections and for condoning the delay of 71 days occurred in presenting the application for restoration. Heard. For the reasons recorded in the applications, both the applications deserve to be allowed and same are accordingly allowed. The order dated 11.11.2014 passed by the Registrar dismissing the appeal for want of prosecution is set aside and appeal is restored to its original number. Delay occurred in presenting the application for restoration is condoned. Appellants to remove office objections within two weeks from today. Both the Civil Applications are disposed of.
