The petitioner seeks continuity in service from 1st July 1987 to 27th November 1991. It is submitted that the petitioner has left the schools and thereafter joined Zilla Parishad School. Respondent No.3 is a private school.

Mr. Bhavthankar, learned Counsel for respondent No.3 submits that the record is not available with the school, however, admits that the petitioner worked in the school for the said period and salary is also paid to the petitioner.

In that case, the service book will have to be reconstructed. The petitioner shall submit copies of the appointment

2 W.P. No. 6625/2019 orders and the details about the salary received on the basis of the same and available material. Respondent No.3 shall reconstruct the service book of the petitioner for the period the petitioner was in service with respondent No.3. The same shall be done within a period of three months from the date the petitioner submits copies of the appointment orders and other documents. On reconstruction of the service book, the same shall be submitted to the Zilla Parishad, for further course of action.
