It is in view of such peculiar state of affairs, the Civil Application is allowed and the legal representatives of the respondent No. 11 are allowed to be brought on record. The amendment is to be carried out forthwith. If it is so carried out, issue notice to them in the Writ Petition, returnable on 21.10.2021.
