ORDER :

The application is filed for condonation of delay of 850 days caused in filing application for bringing legal heirs of deceased sole respondent on record and for permission to bring the legal heirs of deceased respondent on record. Heard both the sides. The submissions made show that respondent Nos. 1-A is also dead. As legal heirs of respondent No. 1-A are already mentioned in the application as respondent Nos. 1B to 1-D, the application is allowed. The delay is condoned. The legal heirs, respondent Nos. 1B to 1D are to be brought on the record as legal heirs of sole respondent. Amendment is to be carried out immediately.
