The Petitioner is dissatisfied on the contents set out in Form No. 8 tendered to him by the Gramsevak, which does not carry entire information under Column 4. 2.

In view of the above, we permit the Petitioner to make a fresh application for issuance of Form No. 8. We direct the Gramsevak to ensure that the Form No. 8 is delivered with all details. If there is any dispute about the boundaries or measurement or the identification of the property, the Gramsevak would advise the Petitioner to approach the Civil Court and seek appropriate directions.
