This Court, on 30.8.2018 in Writ Petition No.9917 of 2018 directed the respondents to take decision on the application tendered by the petitioner, for issuance of tribe certificate, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of two weeks from the date of the said order.

Accordingly, the Sub Divisional Officer, Bhokar took decision on the application filed by the petitioner, for issuance of tribe certificate on 20.9.2019.

In view of the said fact, nothing survives in the present petition. The petitioner prayed for liberty to file appropriate proceedings challenging the order passed by the Sub Divisional Officer dated 20.9.2019.

Accordingly, Contempt Petition stands disposed of with liberty as prayed for.
