Learned counsel for applicant, who is the original claimant, by way of common application, has applied for sending the record back to the reference Court, so that the application for correction of the award can be effectively decided by the reference Court. He points out that there are typographical or inadvertent errors in the operative portion of the award, for correction of which, application has already been taken out.

Although, separate applications ought to have been filed in each of the appeals, considering the nature of request, the Registry is directed to return the record in all these appeals to the reference Court, within a period of 15 days from today. Thereafter, the reference Court is directed to dispose of the application for

{2} ca1025.18.odt correction of award within two months from the date of receipt of record. In case, common application is filed, liberty is granted to file separate application in each of the references, within a period of four weeks from today.

After the applications for correction of the awards are disposed of, one way or the other, the reference Court shall re-submit the record and proceeding to this Court, again, within a period of one month from the date of such disposal. 4.
