The present praecipe is moved for 'Speaking to the Minutes' of order dated 12.03.2024.

Learned Advocate for applicant submits that, in title clause, name of police station was wrongly mentioned as "Police Station, Chikalthana, Tq. Aurangabad, Dist. Aurangabad. However, the correct name of police station is "Police Station Pimpalner, Tq. Beed, Dist. Beed."

In view of above, after replacing the words, the title clause in the order dated 12.03.2024 be read as under :-

This Order is Speaking to Minutes order of order dated // -2- Cri.Appln.375.2024 "The State of Maharashtra Through Police Station Pimpalner, Tq. Beed, Dist. Beed."

Order be corrected accordingly.
