The learned Assistant Government Pleader raises a preliminary objection that, the petitioner can assail impugned order by way of revision.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy of revision. All contentions of respective parties are kept open. 3.
