The petitioner prays for a direction to respondent no.3-Education Officer (Secondary) to grant approval to the transfer of the petitioner from the unaided post of Assistant Teacher to the 100% grant in aid vacant post in the respondent no.5 - School w.e.f. 17.07.2019. The proposal sent by the management of the school is dated 05.09.2022. 2.

Considering the above, this petition is disposed off. 3.

We direct respondent no.3 to consider the proposal dated 05.09.2022 on its own merits and by following the due procedure laid down in law. We make it clear that we have not expressed any opinion with regard to the merits of the claim of the petitioner. The authority is at liberty to consider the said proposal in the light of the law and the policies applicable. Let such exercise be completed on or before 30.04.2023. [SANJAY A.
