Since, applicant is seeking stay to the award passed by the Reference Court under Land Acquisition Act. It would be

181-ca-2154-2025 proper to direct applicant to deposit entire awarded amount alongwith accrued interest thereon and statutory benefit within period of twelve weeks from today.

In that view of the matter, there shall be ad-interim-stay to the judgment and award in appeal, subject to condition that applicant deposits entire awarded amount as per directions given by Reference Court within period of twelve weeks from today.

CIVIL APPLICATION NO. 2154 OF 2025 1.

In view of the order passed in Civil Application No.6308 of 2018, no further directions are necessary. 2.

Hence, Civil application stands disposed of.
