The petitioner merely because he is a resident of Maharashtra State, has preferred this writ petition against the respondents who hail from Hyderabad in the State of Telangana.

The petitioner is claiming execution of the order passed under the Right to Information Act, 2005 by the respondents which has reached finality.

In response to our insistence to satisfy us as to how the matter would lie in the Maharashtra State, learned advocate refers to the order in the matter of Ramji Dwivedi Vs. Central Information Commission [Writ Petition(C) 8219/2013 of Delhi High Court]. On bare look at the order, it can be used against the petitioner himself.

Though we put the learned advocate to notice that we would be compelled to impose cost for misuse of the process of the Court, the learned advocate insists for passing the order.

We dismiss the petition with costs of Rs.5000/- (five thousand) to be deposited within four weeks.
