DATE : 20th APRIL, 2023 P.C.:- The Sub Divisional Engineer, Maharashtra Jeevan Pradhikaran, Kandhar has tendered a copy of communication dated 24th March, 2023 addressed to the Executive Engineer, Nanded Division through the counsel appearing for them. In the aforesaid communication, it is stated that the petitioner's land bearing Gat Nos. 28 and 34 shall not be affected in the matter of execution of the project laying down the pipeline for the Water Supply Scheme. Copy of the said communication is taken on record and marked "X" for identification. In view of the above, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. Writ petition stands disposed of. [S.G.
