Heard learned counsel Shri. Bide for the applicant for some time. When this Court expressed its disinclination to grant bail to the applicant, learned counsel Shri. Bide for the applicant sought permission to withdraw the application. Shri. Bide, learned counsel further requests that the Trial Court be directed to dispose of the trial within a specified period. He further requests that if trial does not get concluded within that period he may be permitted to move the application for bail again. 2.

Learned Trial Court to dispose of the trial within a period of one year from the date of receipt of writ. In case for any reason the trial does not get concluded within a specified ba140.22

period of one year, applicant is at liberty to move the application for bail in the Trial Court. In that case the Trial Court shall dispose of the trial on its own merits.

In view of this, application is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed.
