The petitioner has put forth identical prayer clauses B, C and D as under:-
*2* "(b) By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to forward the proposal of petitioner to the respondent no.1, if it is not yet forwarded and further seeking directions to the respondent no.1 to decide the proposal of petitioner, within stipulated period and for that purpose issue necessary orders;
(c) By issuing writ of Mandamus or any other writ, order or directions in the like nature, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent nos. 1 and 2 to consider the proposal of petitioner for the ensuing academic year;
(d) Pending the hearing and final disposal of the present Petition, this Hon'ble Court may be pleased to direct the respondent no.2 to forward the proposal of petitioner to the respondent no.1, if it is not yet forwarded and further seeking directions to the respondent no.1 to decide the proposal of petitioner, within stipulated period and for that purpose issue necessary orders;"

The learned advocate representing respondent No.2 submits that if the proposals are not forwarded, the same would be forwarded within four weeks, to respondent No.1. 3.
In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the following directions:- (a) If the proposals of the petitioners are not forwarded to respondent No.1, by respondent No.2, the latter would do the needful within 30 (thirty) days from today. Thereafter,
*3* respondent No.1 would decide the said proposals, on their own merits, within 60 (sixty) days.
(b) If Respondent No.2 has already forwarded the proposals of any of the petitioners to respondent No.1, the latter would decide the said proposal, on their own merits, within 30 (thirty) days from today.
