It is submitted that the Disqualification Proceedings filed by the Petitioners against Respondent No. 4 is pending with Respondent No. 2 since September-2021.

The Petitioner made request to Respondent No. 2 to decide the Disqualification Proceedings expeditiously. The said request shall be considered by the Respondent No. 2. Respondent No. 2 shall thereafter endeavour to decide the proceedings expeditiously.

If, in spite of the above, the proceedings are not being dealt with expeditiously then, liberty to the Petitioners to move.

With the aforesaid observations, the Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
