PER COURT :- The petitioner was directed to deposit a sum of Rs.1,00,000/- by this Court to demonstrate his bonafides, while issuing notices on 28.3.2016. It is pointed out that the petition has been disposed of on 6.7.2017 and certain directions are issued to respondents. Since the petition has been disposed of, we do not find any difficulty in permitting the petitioner to withdraw the amount deposited by him in this Court.

The petitioner shall be permitted to withdraw the amount unconditionally.

The Civil Application is disposed of.
