Mr. Pawar, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was appointed as Shikshan Sevak on 11th June, 2002. The proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak was forwarded to the Education Officer. The Education Officer has granted the approval to the appointment of petitioners as Shikshan Sevak from 11th December, 2005 in-stead of 2002 and permanent approval from the year 2008 on the ground that the petitioner's
(2) appointment as Shikshan Sevak has taken effect from the year 2005.
2.
The headmaster has submitted a proposal (Exhibit-F) seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak from 12th June, 2002. Same is pending from two years and it is not being decided.
3.
We have also heard learned A.G.P. for the respondents.
4.
Considering the fact that the proposal seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner as Shikshan Sevak from 2002 is pending, we are not entering into the merits of the contentions.
5.
In case the proposal of the petitioner seeking approval to the appointment of the petitioner from 2002 in stead of 2005 (Exhibit-F) is still pending with the Education Officer, the
(3) concerned Education Officer shall decide the same on its own merits, in accordance with the law and policy, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six months.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. No costs.
