The learned counsel for Acquiring Body showed to this Court the zerox copy of the cheque bearing name of Registrar, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad for an amount of Rs. 17,57,024/-. He submits that amount is received, but it is not brought and within two weeks it will be deposited. Other side's counsel is heard. As the aforesaid amount is available with the department, stay applications are allowed and disposed of. Stay is to continue.
