The learned AGP submits that she has filed the Application for recall of the order by which the Bailable Warrant was issued against Respondent No.2. She submits that she would be filing detailed Affidavit-in-reply in the Contempt Petition. She also submits that the State has preferred review of the order, of which the contempt is sought. 2.

In view of the above, we recall the order dated 20.12.2024 by which the Bailable Warrant was issued against Respondent No.2. 3.
