Present Petition has been filed for directions to Respondent No.2 to decide the claim of Tribe of the petitioner. It appears that, claim of the petitioner was sent through her school on 11.9.2023. In view of the fact that it is a claim of the student, it is necessary to issue directions to Respondent No.2 to decide it expeditiously.

Learned AGP, after waiving notice for respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that, the said claim can be decided within a period of six (6) months.

In view of the said statement, which is taken as an undertaking, the Writ Petition stands disposed off with directions to Respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner within a period of Six (6) months from today.
