Heard learned Counsel for the applicants and learned Counsel appearing for the respondent Acquiring Body. Perused the impugned Judgment and award and the grounds of the objection raised in exception to the impugned Judgment and award.

In view of the above, the following order is passed:-

{2} CA 3063 OF 2019 & ORS

ORDER

I) The applicants - claimants are permitted to withdraw 40% of the deposited amount on submitting an undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this Court.

II) Balance 60% amount be invested in Fixed Deposit Receipt in any Nationalized Bank for the period till disposal of the appeals.

III) The applications for withdrawal of amount stand disposed of.
