Today the learned advocate for the respondent has brought a cheque issued in the name of the Registrar of this court for an amount of Rs.3,12,717/- pursuant to the order passed by this court on 26-07-2023. The learned advocate for the applicants have no dispute about the calculations of the amount to be received by him.

In view of above, the respondent is at liberty to deposit the cheque in registry of this court. The Registrar to

After cheque is deposited, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the said amount without making any formal application to that effect.

4.

After withdrawing the amount, the applicants will not raise any dispute and will accept the amount as full and final settlement.

In line No. 3 of the order dated 26-07-2023 the sentence 'The award was passed by consent of the parties' stands deleted.

6.

Civil application stands disposed off.
