This is an application for bringing legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4 on record. Respondent no.4 has expired on 21.04.2024. It is stated that intimation about demise of respondent no.4 was received from his learned Advocate on 13.11.2024 and accordingly, present application is filed on 10.01.2025. The statement in paragraph 2 of the application about intimation being received on 13.11.2024 is not disputed.

In view of the aforesaid, delay caused in filing application for bringing legal representatives of deceased

17-ca-2881-2025 respondent no.4 on record is condoned. Abatement of petition against respondent no.4 is set aside and permission is granted to implead respondent no.4A to 4F as legal representatives of deceased respondent no.4. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of one week. 3.

Civil Application is disposed of.
