By the present application, the applicants are seeking permission to bring the legal representative of deceased appellant no.01 Keshav on
(Order) (2) C.A. No. 03182 of 2019 record. Delay of 1138 days is also sought to be condoned in filing the present application.

The application is strongly opposed by the learned Advocate appearing for the appellant on the ground that each and every day's delay has not been sufficiently explained.

Along with the application, the applicants have produced photo-copy of the death certificate of deceased appellant no.01 Keshav. Considering the reasons set out in para 04 of the application, the delay deserves to be condoned.

Hence, the application is allowed. The legal representative of deceased appellant no.01 Keshav is permitted to be brought on record. Delay is condoned.
