This is an application for bringing on record the legal representatives of respondent No. 1 from the second appeal namely Gajrabai Manohar Narwade, stated to have died on 11.11.2019.

The application has been filed in time. It is allowed. The legal representatives are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment to be carried out within two weeks.

Learned advocate for the appellant seeks time to take appropriate steps in respect of the deceased respondent No. 4. 4.

There seems to be some more hurdle. Office notes on the Farad read that respondent No. 3 or 4 is dead. The appellant shall cross-check it with the office which shall examine and place the matter again after four weeks. (MANGESH S. PATIL, J.) mkd/- 1/1
