Mr. Bolkar, learned counsel for respondent No. 2 submits that mark-sheet of the petitioner is already transmitted to the College. 3.

Though respondent No. 3 is served, none appears for respondent No. 3.

The contention of the petitioner is that validity certificate is submitted to respondent No. 3 still documents are withheld. 5.

The petitioner, it appears appointed from reserved category. The petitioner claims to have submitted the validity certificate to respondent No. 3.

In case, there is no impediment and petitioner has submitted validity certificate then respondent Nos. 2 and 3 shall not withhold the documents of the petitioner including mark-sheet and degree certificate. 7.

Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
