This Court has, by its judgment dated 03/07/2015 delivered in WP No.4016/2010 and connected writ petitions, connected civil applications and connected contempt petitions, has observed in paragraph No.9 of the said judgment as under :- "9. In the light of the disposal of the above Writ Petitions, learned Advocates for the petitioners in the Contempt Petition pray for its disposal. Accordingly, the Contempt Petitions are also disposed of."

In the light of the above, since the grievance of the petitioner is redressed by the judgment of this Court dated 03/07/2015, this contempt petition and pending civil applications do not survive and hence are disposed of.

Nevertheless, in the event of non-compliance of the judgment of this Court dated 03/07/2015, referred to hereinabove, the petitioner in this contempt petition will be at liberty to take recourse to available legal remedies including a contempt petition, if so advised.
