Issue notice to the Respondents.

Learned A.G.Ps. waive service of notice for Respondent Nos.1 and 2.

Mr.Shinde, learned counsel for petitioners submits that validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioners are pending with the Respondent-Committee. However, Respondent Nos.2 and 3 are asking the petitioners to submit validity else adverse action will be taken. To decide the validation proceeding is not in the hands of litigants.

Considering the above, we pass following order :

ORDER

a) The Respondent-Committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of the caste claim of the petitioners expeditiously and preferably within a period of eight months. Respondent Nos.2 and 3 shall not refrain the petitioners from further studies and appearing for examinations only on the ground that validation proceedings are pending.

b) The Writ Petitions are accordingly

disposed of. No costs.
