We have heard Mr. Natu, the learned counsel for the petitioner. 2.

Mr. Natu, the learned counsel submits that the petitioner has filed an application before respondent No.2 objecting to the enrollment of respondent No.5 in the voters list.

In case, the application filed by the petitioner is pending with respondent No.2 and respondent No.2 is competent to decide the same, then respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits, after following principles of natural justice, preferably within a period of eight days.

Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
