PER COURT 1) Heard. It would be open for the petitioner to approach the Commissioner of Sugar and put-forth the grievances in respect of payment of FRP to the agriculturists, who have supplied the sugarcane to Unit Nos. 1 and 2 of Purna Sahakari Sakhar Karkhana. 2) If the petitioner tenders a representation within four weeks from today, the Commissioner of Sugar may consider the same and take appropriate decision within four six weeks from the date of receipt of such representation.

2) It is clarified that we have not commented upon merits of the contentions raised by the petitioner and it would be open for the Commissioner

of Sugar to consider the grievances of the petitioner in accordance with the provisions of law.

3) With liberty, as aforesaid, the writ petition is disposed of. Pending civil application, if any, stands disposed of.
