The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, the validation proceeding of the petitioner is pending with the scrutiny committee. The employer has issued notice to the petitioner to submit the validity certificate within one month, else the service of the petitioner will be terminated. 2.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader waives notice for all respondents.

It is not in the hands of the litigant to get the validation proceedings decided within the stipulated time. 4.

In view of the above, we pass the following order.

The impugned communication is quashed and set aside. The petitioner shall appear before the Committee on 04th March, 2021. The Committee shall decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner within a period of six (06) months from the date of appearance of the petitioner. The petitioner shall co-operate in expeditious disposal of the validation proceedings. Till the validation proceeding is decided, the employer may not take any adverse action against the petitioner only on the ground that validation proceeding is pending. The employer may take further course of action depending upon the judgment that would be delivered by the Scrutiny Committee in the validation proceeding.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
