Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

On 30.1.2025, the learned counsel for the applicants has withdrawn the anticipatory bail application of applicant Nos. 1 and 4 and their application was disposed of as withdrawn.

The applicant Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 11 are apprehending arrest in connection with Crime No. 439/2024 dated 27.12.2024 registered with Kandhar Police Station, District Nanded for the offences punishable under sections 310 (2) and 326(f) of B.N.S. 2023.

This Court vide order dated 30.1.2025 has granted interim protection to the applicant Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 11 by noting submissions and giving reasons at para 4 of the order, which is as under :- "4] It appears from the allegations that there is dispute between the parties on the basis of which the incident has taken place. Considering the role of the applicant nos.2, 3, 5 to 11, the offence as regards dacoity is not clearly made out. In view of the same, in the meanwhile, there shall be interim order in the following terms :-"

The learned counsel for the above applicants submits that in purusance of the order of this Court, the above applicants have attended the concerned police station and have cooperated with the investigation. There is no grievance raised as regards the attendance of the applicants to the police station. Considering the same, the interim protection granted to the applicants on 30.1.2025 can be confirmed. 6.
In view of the above, the application is allowed and the interim protection granted on 30.1.2025 is confirmed on the following terms : i] The applicant Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 11 shall attend the police station as and when required.
ii] The applicant Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 11 shall not tamper with the evidence of the prosecution in any manner. They shall not influence the informant, witnesses and other persons concerned with the case. iii.
The applicant Nos. 2, 3, 5 to 11 shall co-operate with the investigation and also in the proceedings before the trial Court. 7.
In the event, the above applicant violate any of the conditions specified in this order, it shall be liable to be cancelled. 8.
It is also clarified that the observations made in this order are limited to the disposal of the present anticipatory bail application and the trial Court shall proceed further in the matter without being influenced by the observations made hereinabove.

The application stands disposed of.
