The only grievance of the petitioner is that, since one year the validation proceedings with regard to her caste claim is pending with the respondent No.2 and the same is not being decided. It is also contended that, the vigilance has also been conducted.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the caste claim of the petitioner would be decided on its own merits expeditiously. 4.

In light of above, we pass the following order : The respondent No.2 committee shall decide the validation proceedings in respect of caste claim of the petitioner expeditiously on its own merits in accordance with law, preferably within six months.
