In the light of the earlier orders dated 13th January, 2020 and 14th March, 2022, the learned advocate for respondent no.5 - Municipal Corporation submits, on specific instructions, that the land at issue would be acquired by the Corporation in accordance with the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013. The acquisition process and the delivering of the award would be concluded within the time frame, as is prescribed under the Act and the payment would also be made.
