Since the appeal is admitted by framing substantial question of law, it will be expedient that the parties are directed to maintain status quo by restraining them from creating third party interest over the suit properties. It will be expedient that the suit property is preserved by restraining alienation of the same.

The Civil Application is allowed directing that both the parties shall not create third party interest over the suit property till the final disposal of the appeal.
