Learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was seeking family pension as also appointment on compassionate ground. She submits that by the decision dated 20.01.2025 the petitioner has been directed to be paid the family pension. However, her claim for compassionate appointment has been rejected.

Learned advocate for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh petition challenging the decision whereby the respondents had rejected her application for appointment on compassionate ground. 3.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.
