Mr. Dande, learned counsel for respondent no. 5 placed on record copy of letter issued by Regional officer, MIDC, Dhule, dated 23.02.2015 recording thereunder that the plot admeasuring 3000 sq. mtrs. (L-27/1) is available at MIDC, Dhule, and the same can be offered to the petitioner. 2.

In view of offer made by MIDC, the grievance raised by petitioner in the instant petition stands redressed. Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, states that petitioner is prepared to deposit the lease premium determined in accordance with the regulations prescribed by MIDC. MIDC as such, shall accept additional lease premium and make allotment of plot in favour of petitioner within a period of two months from today.
