The petitioner is issued with the tribe certificate, but in improper format. The petitioner has filed application for issuance of the tribe certificate in Form-C. The said application is pending since with the authorities.

We have heard the learned Assistant Government Pleader for respondent Nos. 1 and 2.

The petitioner may surrender the original tribe certificate received by him to respondent No. 2. The respondent No. 2 shall after verifying the original tribe certificate surrendered by the petitioner and its genuineness shall issue the tribe certificate in Form-C expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06)

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
