PER COURT :- 1.

The petitioner had challenged an interlocutory order dated 27.10.1999 passed by the Labour Court, Ahmednagar, granting interim relief in Complaint (ULP) No.72 of 1998.

This Court had stayed the impugned interlocutory order and thereafter, had admitted this petition. Liberty was granted to the Labour Court to dispose off the Complaint (ULP) No.72 of 1998. 3.

Learned counsel for the respondent submits that by judgment dated 28.4.2003, his Complaint (ULP) No.72 of 1998 was allowed partly and he was granted reinstatement with continuity without backwages. Both the litigating sides filed Revision (ULP) No.70 and 79 of 2003 and by judgment dated 28.6.2003, the Industrial Court dismissed both the Revisions. These two orders are subject matter of Writ Petition No. 3061 of 2007.
