Learned Assistant Government Pleader submits that though reply affidavit is filed, the same is not tagged with the matter. He showed to this court copy of the reply and drew attention of this Court to paragraph 5. In the reply affidavit statement is made that compensation amount of Rs.7,41,333/- is paid to the petitioner on 13-10-2017. Copy of the receipt given by Gulab Pawar is also produced. In view of these circumstances, nothing survives in the matter. The proceeding stands disposed of.
